Sanjay Ray brings over 29 years of global consulting/project delivery experience spanning over locations in USA, Europe, UK, Asia, and Australia. Starting out as a junior programmer, he rose through the ranks to VP/COO, and has played all the roles in the IT ladder. Sanjay pioneered the IBM Midrange Movement and implement the first IBM AS/400 in Eastern India back in 1992, a feat that led to hundreds of machine sales and thousands of hires from Kolkata, as of today. Besides his many professional achievements, Sanjay is a hardworking mentor with many interests. He is an avid reader, published author, traveler, a certified Enterprise Design Thinker and Six Sigma Black Belt.
